Everyone of good faith understands that the system is for protection. I am less a believer these days since I have witnessed State crimes against our people. The abyss is deeper and spirit of life is thinner for me, as I never expected the extreme treachery and falsity that I have encountered…
The State maintains "a rigorous, harsh" System of Inquisition similar to a Spider's web, it goes under the name of democracy, but it is genuinely ignorant of the reality…
The Inquisitorial System:
1. It denies fundamental human rights to citizens, whenever they disturb the status quo and present arguments judged as contrary to the "public interest", or accuses them of being public enemies.
2. As public enemies they lose all rights: to security, to sanity, and even to life itself. For such persons the constitution, its principles and its applications, is nullified. These individuals and groups have no legal standing and are denied recourse to every kind of official support. In contrast, those who co-operate and conspire with the Inquisition's military machine obtain for themselves a false freedom…
The State's propaganda circus swiftly makes "mosquitoes into elephants" in order to protect its secrecy…
All actions of the military machine's Inquest are accomplished in strict secrecy, hiding their crime… The so called "public enemy", whether alleged or actual, is delivered unprotected from their abuse. In the long run and weaving illusions of criminal offense, the State, that "publicly despises torture," assigns the "arrested,and interrogated persons" to psychiatric institutions and prisons, where they are tortured insidiously, provocatively "involved in" accidents, and even murdered.
3. Regarding the question about humans rights: Whose are these?
The UN-Charter confirms and documents our rights as humans completely and well, although it requires a revision over time.
We Europeans ,obviously knowing better, have inverted the UN-Charter to the endangerment of the public interest and the public order and in favor of the Charter of European convention on human rights, which opens the doors to arbitrariness in the law and in public policy.
Each human and citizen understands without a doubt when a genuine belligerent or public enemy or a terror-maniac appears. But the Inquisition System worries so much about it that it is actually bringing it into being…
4. If the Inquisition System really cares, then it certainly needs to focus only on keeping the light alive, and not so extremely upon who the public enemy is. Democracies and prisons are difficult political companions.
Light exposes the Inquisition. Ultimately even the arbitrarily accusation of "public enemy" collapses - its "cruel fanatic" fate is certain. A priori! Thus all inhumanity is prohibited, prior to its experience…
If humans stand wrongly at the place of judgment and if the Inquisition's gangs are permitted to reign, to recruit real public enemies as its members, perpetuating torture methods, then hope is endangered and democracy is scorned! That action protects the secrecy and of necessity endangers the light of democracy itself.
The victim, seeking relief: explains himself as spirit-disturbed (a contradiction in itself!), conceals the suffering and denies the torture…
What comes of it? Is this not a human being? Alas, the fate of this person seems sealed!
5. The national Inquisition's System arises from our human "ingenuity", more exactly the thoughts (indoctrinated policies) of our self-interested politicians and supposed responsible persons in all levels of our social institutions; This poses seriously the question as to what extent our authorized agents abuse our confidence directly - deviants are not good counselors!
Our democracies are subject to our social changes, to our collective consciousness level. Whoever does not want to accept this, does not understand humanity. A society refuses development when by its actions it deals cruelly with its critics. Such a society brings determines its future! Not every contrary philosopher and critic is a public enemy…
That does not seem to made it into the heads of our elite yet…
We are far from what democracies could be and what in the distant future we will be - our present scourge is stupidity!
6. Our representatives accept and approve of all kinds systems and methods that despise our humanity, accepting and approving even the death of innocents - obviously, faithful to an erring system of human liberty. To be able to obligate/assimilate a Spider-like conformity to a demented doctrine seems to have become a habit: better to eliminate the deviant - never inadvertently spare a public enemy.
Such an attitude and specialized agency will arbitrarily treat with our children and their children and their children's children.
As humans let us all accept reason's reign by choosing our politicians with the utmost care… an elite, which protects itself only, is seriously unworthy of our confidence - we can change it! Bankers, who fall ruin us and themselves remain unaffected… our State guarantees their way out until they are broke - debited to of us all! We can change it!
7. The national Inquisition System has means and methods that far exceed those of the infamous Nazis… The methods consume the total consciousness, enable thought control and distort the brain by drug-thrapy, organ manipulation by operation, energy medicine (nano-medicine) and pulsed microwaves, (psychotropic weapons) The medical profession conspires in despising humans - truly! I do not wish to reiterate here. I have previously expressed myself in detail. I still maintain my position: here I speak primarily of our western democracies and democracies that follow the western example. Western human rights organizations too gladly soil a stranger's nest, being silent and refusing to support those who deviate from that model. Only because our democracies appear as a better system do they have appeal; human rights appear to be respected more among us than elsewhere…
8. International organizations, like UN convention on human rights, the Strasbourg human rights Court of Justice or the international criminal court in the Hague, are due to their illusory rights-construction mechanisms - the nation states prevent the demand purposefully and effectively. Certainly, I am for our social systems
Society's Spiders and their guards are a true challenge - they would like to see me dead rather than living… To clarify: The question is not about wealth or not, but only whether or not their wealth is fairly acquired and responsibly used…
Human despising practices are reason for this note: My life experience requires me to say this in the face of the coming referendum. This is why I am here… clavacs
Mr. Federal President Köhler, thinks society's systems must be under the elementary human rights - our organization freedom requires a fixing of the boundaries - otherwise we are belie ourselves and democracy. I am in good spirits, we are united!
Bosbach (CDU) describes the Inquisitions System in its current statement. There are no security holes, an aggravation of the law is not necessary… The question about our freedom does apply to individuals at all… Mr. Bosbach,rewritten in this way: The right state is obviously only for housemaids and shoplifters, that is for the People (90% of us humans). The unscrupulous elite (about 10% of our society) remains undisturbed, among them are legislator and executives, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, physicians of all persuasions… I see this clearly…
Mr. Westerwelle (FDP), I understand that the community of states (?) is impatience with me and would just as soon see me dead…your voice is not loud for civil rights? Yes, already Hobbes asks: Do we wish to be humans or citizens…
Here I am still supplementing my call for the introduction of a referendum. I plead for the introduction of a referendum, and in as many of our states as only are possible:
For democracy and human rights, and against monitoring and the repression of States' Freedom and security We require laws which are systematic, and forbid consciousness control and manipulation, which systematically kill, which forbid torture and murders from torture without exception, and which clearly outlaw "white" torture and torture by means of publicly employed distance weapons of every kind against dwellings of all kinds - even prisons and other places of confinement.
It is not a secret that I am personally in my seventh year of such treatment. Many know of it and nevertheless all deny it and hush it up. This is done even by acting presidents, by chancellors, by judges and by the media…
Humans despising methods are used under strict secrecy and their use is denied - this is true. What a betrayal of democracy and of the humanity of our people this is. It is time to bring an end to the secrecy of these Inquisition-like practices. Our authorized agents culpably abuse our confidence! Humans, resist! Our current democracies have little to do with "real" democracy - we can change this.
